Fitness for me is more than just a hobby it’s a lifestyle! I’ve been passionate about fitness since my first day in the gym back in 2012! Since then, I've done extensive research on learning new movements which led me to obtaining my bachelors degree in exercise science and many different certifications! I love to motivate and encourage others to always give it their all! Using a combination of many different techniques I’ve learned over the years, will be implemented to help ensure a fun, high energy, individualized, workout is completed!
