I am a certified personal trainer with vast experience with weight/strength training. I come from a background of sports including track, basketball and football. My journey through the ups and downs of fitness has taught me some of the most important lessons of my life and that's what I plan on passing down to anyone seeking personal training and fitness advice. I found a passion for fitness in 2017 and I haven't looked back since. My main focus is to provide the best experience possible when it comes to training others, hoping to drive them to the goals they see for themselves. I truly have a passion for helping others in any way I can while also making it an enjoyable experience as well.
