Hi! My name is Anya Trybulec and I am a Personal Trainer. I enjoy weightlifting, core work, pilates, and glute work. I enjoy providing motivation and pushing my clients to be the best they can be, no matter where they are starting from. I look forward to meeting with you and working with you to reach your goals.

Hey everyone, my name is Ben, and I NASM certified personal trainer. I got introduced to the world of fitness when I started training 14 years old for Brazilian jiu-jitsu and wrestling. Coming from such physically demanding sports I naturally gravitated to strength and hypertrophy training. After many years of training and learning, I have built a very strong knowledge of anatomy and biomechanics for building a stronger, healthier body. My personal training style focuses on increasing mobility and strengthening the body in full ranges of motion. No matter what fitness level you are at, you are capable of more than you think, and my goal is to help guide you on the way to your physical best and help you learn to love the process as much as the results.

As a personal trainer, my goal is to not only help anybody strengthen the body, but also allow the mind and soul a moment of peace. Everybody, no matter who they are, go through heartache and hurt that is incomparable to others. I want to open their eyes to the emotional and mental benefits that abound when taking the time to work on you, for you. I’ve learned first-hand how turning to self-work in the darkest of times can introduce stability and security in all aspects of life. With a CPT certification from NASM, my wish is to create an everlasting feeling of self love and accomplishment within any person.

Chastity has been an athlete for majority of her life, a personal trainer for over 7 years and graduated from Rutgers University with a focus on Psychology. This combination allowed her to gain a great deal of knowledge and understanding of the human body and mind as a whole. Her foundation began with yoga starting at the age of four. She moved on to gymnastics, competitive cheerleading, dance, capoeira, track, and bodybuilding. According to Chastity, there are benefits to all types of training, but the best way to truly maximize your body is to make sure to balance it out by practicing different forms. Her training style ranges from power lifting to pilates barre, and everything in between; and believes that the strongest muscle in your body is only as strong as your mind. Her quote to live by: “whether you believe you can or you can’t, you're right.” Her favorite hobby is hand-standing everywhere and her preferred means of cardio is dancing.

Elaina is a creator and mover from Northeast FL. Her passion for movement began at very early age and molded her to who she is today. She’s a BFA Dance graduate from Rutgers University, where she studied contemporary and compositional forms. Her training in dance is what brought her to the Pilates Method. She’s found that it not only strengthens her creative movement but helps reconnect her with her mind in a different way than any other form of cross training. Stewart's teaching approach to Pilates comes from her experience working in a physical therapy rehabilitation setting and her previous instructing in group fitness. Moments of heat are fired up within her class relating to athleticism, balance and control, followed by stretching and mindful breathing to restore the nervous system to feel strong and clear within the mind and body. In addition to her teachings, Stewart is part of NYC based dance collective by the name NewBrese, where she works as the Assistant Choreographer. Stewart also enjoys rock climbing and gardening.

My name is Gavin Ciccariello. I have an Associates degree in Exercise Science and Kinesiology and I believe you deserve to be healthy, happy, and pain free. I take a 3 Dimensional approach to fitness that is more than putting work in the gym, but creating a balanced personal, social, and family lifestyle. Before I got into fitness, I got into a car accident that left me debilitated.I developed Degenerative Disc Disease and I had herniated, fractured, and torn discs. 4 years later, I still struggle with the pain, but I never want anyone to feel that pain. It is demoralizing, dehumanizing, and strips away your dignity and independence. For that reason I am comfortable with any client, but I specialize in strength training, bodybuilding, and corrective exercise. I look forward to guiding you to be your best self.

I graduated from Coastal Carolina University in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Sports Science, where I was a Varsity soccer player.

I was born and raised in Massachusetts and have been involved with sports and the physical fitness industry all my life. I have always loved how being physically active and completing a demanding work out made me feel. I earned a Masters Degree in Education with a concentration in Counseling Psychology. In this earlier career, I assisted people through several social services positions and as a High School Guidance Counselor. During this time, I continued to pursue physical fitness as a passion for myself and began to assist those around me. I moved to NJ several years ago and decided to make a major career shift in order to pursue this life changing career full time."

Hi, I’m Jenn. I’ve always enjoyed movement, and challenging myself, which is what led me to becoming a trainer. After years of being “on the other side” in all types of fitness classes, I decided to take the leap into training in 2013 and have loved every moment. I’m an AFAA certified Group Fitness Instructor and an ASFA Certified Trainer. I am passionate about getting people to move. Being part of the transition from “I can’t do it.” to “Wow I did it!” moments are incredible! I enjoy all different forms of exercise: kickboxing, cycle, kettlebell, weight training, yoga, dance, and functional movement. Always trying to keep workouts interesting and fun. I truly believe that there is no limit to what you can do. There is no limit to how good you can feel.

"My name is Lucia Carannante. I have been an AFAA Certified Personal Trainer since 2005 and a Certified Nutrition Coach with Precision Nutrition since 2017. I am also ACE certified in training pregnant and postpartum clients. In 2008 I completed a certification in Functional Movement Screening and Corrective Exercise workshop. In the past I have worked with many different types of people with much success. I have combined my knowledge of fitness and nutrition to move forward in an ever changing industry. I am always learning and educating myself to be better. My passion for both of these health-conscious ways of life began at a young age and they’ve stayed prevalent with me throughout the years, even before I decided to pursue them as a profession. It’s led me in many directions in order to guide clients to combine fitness and nutrition in order to ensure a positive, disciplined and nourishing way of life. One’s diet and physical activity are dependent upon one another, and my desire to work with people to make that a reality is my utmost goal. I am detail oriented and very focused in what I do and injury prevention is at the top of the list when working with clients. My personal life is spent with my husband, Anthony and our 3 children who are now all grown and on their own. I also have a wonderful circle of friends who are supportive and loving. I just started playing pickleball as a new hobby. Let's see where that goes!! A fun fact about me is I am secretly competitive and love a challenge.
