CRYOTHERAPY

Whole body cryotherapy is an alternative to cold water immersion for use in therapeutic purposes. The application is designed to reduce musculoskeletal pain and inflammation with the use of liquid nitrogen gas at temperatures starting at -110 °C in a 2 to 3 minute session.

STRETCHING

Stretching will be done with your certified trainer. They will bring you through a variety of active and passive stretch sequences that will help increase your mobility and flexibility.

TRIGGER POINT THERAPY

Trigger point therapy is used to apply direct pressure to a specific area to alleviate pain. It is beneficial for sore muscles and can help relieve muscle tension.

NormaTec uses compression sleeves which promote lymphatic drainage and increase blood circulation in the muscles.. NormaTec uses air pressure massage to relieve muscle aches and pain to increase circulation to treated areas. It works on different parts of the body. The device attaches to the arms, legs, or hips.
