I've been coming to this gym now for a little over a month and coming here has been the best thing for me! I found them when an ad popped up on my Facebook account on behalf of the gym asking for 10 women who wanted to transform themselves in 3 months. I signed up for personal training once a week for 3 months but I honestly wish I could see my trainer 3 times a week! Gaining that comfort level with my trainer was priceless for me so I knew I needed to stick with NBD!

LARGE-GROUP TRAINING
LGT stands for Large-Group Training. LGT is a great way to achieve maximum results in a 30-60 minute workout. LGT is our scientifically designed exercise program that simultaneously focuses on the four main components of true fitness: Fat Loss, Core Strength, Muscle Tone, and Cardiovascular Conditioning.
Each LGT class is led by highly energetic and knowledgable Fitness Professionals who will motivate and guide you to success. LGT classes have a maximum capacity of 12-18 clients, so you will consistently receive attention and direction to maximize your results. You can literally burn up to 500-800 calories in each 30-60 minute LGT class!
PILATES REFORMER TRAINING
Pilates Reformer is an exercise method that increases strength, flexibility, coordination, alignment, posture, and balance. Our top-notch instructors provide each client with a personally guided experience. Clients of all levels benefit from this innovative system of mind-body exercises.
